|Huck and Jewel from Valentine's Day!|
The Swan SingerOfficer Charles Dibble had been busy as of late. Top Cat had wondered why the man wasn't on his usual beat and hoped everything was alright with his friend. The cat did eventually find the officer at Carnegie Hall and it didn't take a genius to figure out why.

My name's CooperGal24, and my art was stolen by art thieves.
I hate it when no one asks to use my art, or give me credit, or uses my artwork as "Bases". My art was either stolen and/or used by other people, who don't know how to draw their own art.
I have been lied to by the same thieves who would lie to others for the benefit of their own gain for popularity, and I have recently been bribed by one fan to keep quiet, in exchange for credit for the use of my artwork.
I have sent two reports to DA Administrators about the problems. I don't want to see problems happening again. Not just to me, but for others who have their artworks stolen or used by other thieves.
I'm an artist who loves to draw anything from Hanna-Barbera to Disney.
