Another Sly Cooper OC name Bonita "Bonnie Lassie" Rabbit.
She's a European Rabbit whose half Scottish and half Irish.
She once lived in Scotland with her clan known as the McLochs, who were the best Highlander Game players in all of Scotland. Her family from her mother's side were known as the Drus, (Prounounced Drews) who were well known for thier skills with the Shillelagh, an Irish club.
Because of these facts, Bonnie grew up as a skilled player in the Highland Games and was taught how to use the club, combining those skills of using a practice wooden sword, she came up with the fighting technique of her Hammer Shillelagh and the strength skills from the Highland Games.
Although not a thief at first, Bonnie had used her skills greatly against thieves who would steal the clans' livestock and goods. She was given the nickname "Highland Bonnie", because she's the only female with amazing strentgh as strong as any man.
Bonnie would have strong feelings for Murray, since he's different than the other guys in Scotland, in personality terms. One that would start with respect, then crush with the flirty polite comments about Murray's skills and acommplishments, up until Murray saves her life (How or who from I'm still trying to think.

Her best friends besides the Cooper Gang are Serena, Penelope (I know she's evil in the fourth game, but I'm going to go with her being good and her Sly 3 attire updated to Sly 4 form, with a kind of tool/utility belt, backpack and a pair of goggles for mechanical work.) and Dimitri (Neyla as well thx to
who did Dimitri/Neyla fanarts since Sly 2.)
She'd look up to both Panda King and Guru like father figures/advisors and would sometimes ask for words of wisdom when she has problems (Such as how to try and talk to Murray into going out together.) As for Carmelita, she and Bonnie would probably get along good or something. Like friendly rivals but as a team if they got caught in a situation when both cop and brawn needs to work together.
The shillelagh she carries is a gift from her Irish Family, as a birthday gift, which she uses like a kind of warhammer, but only on bigger enemies when needed. Otherwise, she uses her fighting skills to help out.
The attire she wears is my modern version of the Merida look, from Brave. Her skirt is blue green with the top part in a kind of plaid design and over a pair of aqua green legging shorts. Her overshirt is like Merida's dress top, but the sleeves ends at Bonnie's elbows and she wears a bronze yellow sports bra under it. She also wears traditional Scottish boots with the fringe top. Her accessories include a blue green fingerless gloves with a wrist belt wrapped around it, a belt around her waist with a traditional hip Scottish hip pouch. Bonnie's wavy curly hair is up in a high ponytail with her side hair up in a kind of bands.

And I'm not saying this for my like of "rodents" and that alone, but because of a podcast that I listened to recently.
It included Kevin Miller, Matt Olsen, and Chris Murphy (the voice for Sly, Bentley, and Murray (in that order), and at some point they talked about the possibility of Murray getting a love interest. Kevin stated that she would be bison, Matt (jokingly) said she would be a ghost, and Chris stated that she should be a small animal. (Okay, he did say ferret, but rabbits and ferrets are both in the "rodent" family, so I think that counts.)
