Sailor Cosmos New Form

I actually did this pic almost a year ago, so I figured I'd upload it now, but not before I added some finishing touches to the pic, so please forgive me if the pic looks a bit untidy!

I kept Cosmos' uniform design from the Sailor Moon manga, but I made a few changes!

Her cape is based on Elsa's cape from Disney's Frozen, but I added a rainbow trim to it. Also, her cape is made from a sheer fabric, hence the glittery blue outline.
Her gloves are based on the gloves worn by the Pretty Cures in a couple seasons.
Shoulder puffs are based on Saturn's shoulder puff design and the Eternal Sailor Scouts', but made from sheer fabric.
Both her brooches and staff are based on both Cosmos' original staff and brooches and the Eternal Tier/Eternal Holy Grail.
Her shoes I made into boots, but I kept some parts to look like her shoe design.
Her beaded tiara, feathered barrettes and hair bun covers I kept the same!

Overall, I'm really happy with the design!!
