Sailor Elsa

So I did my own version of Sailor Elsa, since Drach did the Sailor Princesses.

A little bit about the pic. I wanted to design a uniform based on one of the Sailor Scouts, but still want to stay true to El...sa's Winter Gown. So I decided to use the uniform based on Sailor Cosmos' uniform, because her Fuku has a kind of cape and different fuku skirt, which seemed reasonable in Elsa's case. The back bow is an inspiration from Super Sailor Moon's back bow, but I got the idea to put it in the back, like Princess Lady Serenity's (ChibiUsa) manga princess gown. (LOVE the gown!)
The shoes I kept because it had a snow theme to it. I did however shortened the dress to Sailor Scout style, but draped the back skirt a bit, I got the idea from the uniform designs of Cure Beauty and Cure Sunny from the Smile PreCure series. (Thought it was cute, and it seemed to fit with Elsa's gown design), the front bow and sailor collar are the same sheer color as Elsa's sleeves, I added a type of barrette in her hair with three diamond shapes in it, and for the final touch, I added six pointed snowflake jewels (The jewels were based on Twilight Sparkle's Element of Magic jewel, but in Sailor Senshi form.) The overall colors of the jewel designs are based from Abbie Bomidable's (Monster High) color scheme, since she's from the cold Artic.
